We provide support to shipowners for registration under both the Indian Flag and various Foreign Flags. Prior to the acquisition of a vessel, we engage in negotiations regarding the contract terms, specifically the Memorandum of Agreement and its Addenda, which delineate the rights and responsibilities of both parties and allocate associated risks. We also offer assistance in drafting and reviewing various agreements related to the sale, including ship and crew management contracts and performance guarantees.
