These cases have encompassed a range of issues such as collisions, salvage operations, general average claims, unseaworthiness, fires, explosions, groundings, and wreck removals. Our legal team has boarded vessels to gather statements from seafarers and has collaborated closely with surveyors and port state control authorities. Additionally, we have provided pro bono assistance to various government agencies and regulatory bodies in their responses to marine casualties.
